PM not working

Hi There,

I seem to be having a problem using the PM. It gives me an error code 2C137/A. I tried also using the "contact us" button but that does not work as well. Thank you! @CorinaMarie @Cyclone Boom  Thank you!!

I can confirm this is a known issue which happens to user accounts every so often.

We'll implement the refresh which should resolve this for your account, and hopefully you can then access your messenger.

CB has done the first level cache reset. We'll try to send you a PM. (If this doesn't work we'll need to take the site offline for several minutes to manually clear things out.)

Well, that didn't take long. I got an error just trying to go to the PM screen.

It sounds like your issue experienced is the same (or similar) to as reported above.  (I merged your new topic into here since it relates to the same subject.)

I've reset the internal site cache which usually seems to resolve this error. Let us know if this fixes it for you.

FWIW I think I solved the problem I was asking about.  I had to mount the STEX files as virtual drives before running the extractor.  It's working now.

We can do the cache reset again, but it'll have to wait until the daily site backup finishes otherwise things could become worse instead of better. In the meantime would you mind to try again in a fresh tab? It could be the site's just being a bit moody while that's going on.
