Intersection turning lanes

where I live we have a lot of intersection with two way traffic that either start or end in a oneway with cross traffic not the same direction where do I get tulups for that

ok cant add a picture so I will describe it. the intersection consist of the following 4 one way lanes going west to east and two -two way lanes going north south.  but where it comes hard is the north part of the intersection the road has 3 northbound lanes and one southbound lane that does not turn onto the west to east oneway lanes

You may not find suitable TuLEPs exist for all such setups. Like most intersections that exist in the game, you can have a T-Junction that either ends a one-way road or where a two-way road connects to a through one-way road. But the game's design doesn't suit setups where road convert from one type to another as part of the intersection. I don't think there is one-way road support for the latest FTL-based TuLEPs which were added in NAM36. Probably the closest thing to what you are after would be the OWR Signalised intersections, which can place turn lanes for OWR networks. See this video for some examples of that, but I don't think that's entirely what you are looking for either:
