My parents were gone for 3 days and I was at a friend's house. I brought over my Wii and PS3 and we played for 2 and a half days straight, with only a few short breaks after our arms felt like lead from the Wii remote...

One time last year I played Runescape for maybe 7 hours (Actually more than one time lol). SimCity comes in second place probably.

I played Descent 2X-XL for about 3 days, SimCity 4 is Second, and Half-Life source, Half-Life2, Episode 1, Episode 2, and Garry's Mod 2008 Comes third. Before that it used to be Final Fantasy Series.

For a single game, I played SC4 for about 6 hours straight (without saving, and the reason I stopped was because the game crashed, and the city file corrupted ).   I think I may have played Half Life 2/Orange Box for longer, but I've never really kept track of that.  If we're allowing multiple games, then I pulled an all nighter with some friends (7pm to 5am), switching between Guitar Hero 3, Mario Party 8, and Bioshock (with a little bit of CoD4 and Halo 3 mixed in for variety), fueled by Mountain Dew, Doritos, and Chex Mix. 

I've had a few similar escapades, but that's the only one where we just gamed the whole time.  We broke up the other ones with movies or stuff like that.

The longest I've ever played a game is 16 hours (8pm-12pm the next day); the game was GTA: San Andreas. My eyes were so scratchy when I went to lay down I had to wipe them with a wet cloth. but compared to what I've read I'm average. And my mother thinks I game too much...

I think one of my records would have to be about 17 hours with Pokemon Gold. I started around 2:00 P.M. on a Saturday and finished around 7:00 A.M on Sunday. I made it past the 8th gym.

And that's not even my longest!
