You might find more modding help in one of the modding subforums (and don't be surprised if this thread is moved).

Moved indeed

And is easier than it seems. Use the PIM-X to create a new lot from the original building model. To install it, you will have to look for dll dependencies, they are enumerated on the read me.

Once installed, change the name of your plugins folder and create a new one, only with the files of the building you want to repurpose. Then open the PIM-X and on the upper right table look for the model at the end. Then drag it to the upper left list and drop it on the desired category. Once the data appears on the lower right table, right click the occupation level field and change the value using the side image as reference: 0 if the volume is empty, 1 if it's full, or a decimal in between. Save that dialog and on a new right click, select 'create a new lot...' Save, as it's ready, or enter with a right click on the lot editor to add props.

    Doubtful, LEProp is really basic.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

No. LEProp can only modify existing plopable building exemplars - it cannot be used to create new ones. You'll have to use the PIMX (recommended) or PIM (less recommended) to do so easiest. That said, with the exception of the save bug, LEProp is pretty good at what it does.

Wath I want to know is very simple!

Thera are many industrial and comercial buildings that look that I can turn into fire stations!

If I do that with LE prop and I require there a number of dispatches there (Fire trucks for EX) Will they appear an will they be functional in the modified lot?

    Thanks!

With LE Plop, you only will be able to do that with ploppable lots that you already have, and you won't be able to use them as commercial or industrial anymore. Also, while the modified lots will work and protect your cities from fires, dispatching fire trucks as needed, those trucks won't appear on the lot continually, because you should add them as props on the lot editor.

That's why I suggested to use the PIM-X, to get a new lot, to calibrate it perfectly,  and to be able to add props at will.
