Where can I find 1:1 Ploppable housing 5-40 storeys tall?

It seems to me that all the 1:1 scaled buildings are either low density or landmarks. I cannot find properly scaled "medium density" buildings (or even the equivalent of default high density in SC4). My 1:1 scale housing projects based of the works of Le Corbusier are about the same height as L5 high density housing though the height of floors is properly scaled with low density housing. I understand that CO couldn't make properly scaled high density buildings within 32x32 meter footprints but there is such a wealth of buildings on the workshop that you would think enough people would ignore the unrealistic scale. Perhaps Soviets were undernourished and lived in cramped apartments with low ceilings but I figure that buildings were merely downscaled to fit in with default high density buildings.

 

Could someone help me out by at least pointing me in the direction of 1:1 scale Ploppable RICO buildings?

I hate to be that guy to not only not answer your question, but to ask you a question, but what the heck is a RICO building? The only RICO I'm familiar with is the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations law, and that's only because I grew up as a kid in an Italian neighborhood of Brooklyn in the 80's, so I heard my share of that term being thrown around by some older folks. So lemme know if ya could. Much appreciated. Again, sorry I contributed nothing towards you getting an answer for your question.

The simply didn't have any money and needed lots of buildings there. I think Khrushchyovkas had ceiling heights of 2.4-2.5 meters, living rooms with 14 square meters, bedrooms of 8 square meters, bath tubs of 1.2 meter length, tiny kitchens, etc.

Of course, it's a principal issue in the game that scales are off. Buildings also look smaller than they are because cars and people are huge and roads are too wide. Weren't Cims something like more than 3 meters high? A Khrushchyovka with a correct floor height should have floors that are lower than Cims.

Ploppable RICO (short for Residential Industry Commercial Office) is also the name of a mod that allows you to plop functional buildings of these types, which the vanilla game only contains as growables.
