RMIP not showing in game

So have uploaded RMIP-2 Vol 1-4 into the plugin folder but, only items from Vol 4 (I think) are showing in the airfields list. I have removed all other modds for the airfields thinking that there may be a conflict between the RMIP and the AC stuff but there was no change. 

Anyone else had this happen or got anything I need to check.

P.S I also installed the MML to see if that will make them show up but no luck.

    I knew as soon as I posted this I would find it all, I didnt think it would be in the DAMN menu because I never put it in there but it is.

    If any admin wants to delete this feel free to do so.

    If you wanted it deleted we can do that. Otherwise we can just let it scroll away.
