Never realized how Rooms to Go uses multiple pillars and arches for their facades because it looks like a bed frame. (everything isn't textured yet, I may raise the windows and stuff)

This looks pretty impressive so far, and I don't think it's something that has been done for SC4, either! The prospect of getting a truck dealership - and at this quality to boot! - is sure nice.

The only one I've seen is the one by Moonlight, the Japanese person, who did an Isuzu truck dealer a few years ago. I plan on doing a Volvo one too, in which I'll re-use the garage (but make it four bays instead of three) but create a new office building. I'd love to do Freightliner and International too in the long term future but I don't have as many reference pictures for those.

Volvo Trucks is pretty close and won't require much of a lot. still have some little detail work to do though and maybe I'll make the white panels less bright to match the garage doors.

Looking good! It would be nice to be able to see the sections on the garage rollup doors, maybe combine the best of both textures?

I don't think the panels are really that bright, but they could come down a little bit.

In terms of truck dealers/industrial retail chains, after my Peterbilt Dealer is released, I plan on doing a Freightliner as well. I also want to do a ParkerStore (chain that sells hose and tubing for industrial applications), and a CAT dealer (gray version and yellow version)... IIRC a French guy did a bunch of CAT props, so I probably will use those.

Great job on the truck dealerships. Have you ever considered doing any car dealerships? An updated Ford dealership would be great for example.

I have! It'd require new car models props for the 2018 year. I might reuse my Volvo stuff to make a car dealer version of it and maybe do a Tesla one since we're getting Tesla props as well. It's not something in the short term I plan on doing but in the long term I won't count it out. Next up is a Freightliner dealer due to them having 40% of the market share here in the states.

 I love the new truck dealerships. Have you thought about doing a more updated school bus lot? it would be cool to use a building similar to the Peterbuilt lot but add Mushy Mushy's American School buses

That'd be cool. I use the Paeng one a lot but I don't think it'd be a bad idea. I do think there are others that we don't even have, like an RV dealer, a larger construction dealer, etc as well. I'm definitely not ruling that idea out though.
