These Minuteman Press franchises are popping up everywhere in the US. They do mostly business card printing and brochures for businesses.

It looks like something got messed up with your lighting rig. There's not any shadows on the building.

I'll check when I get home. I also realize there is a small texture issue in some of the awnings.

When do you plan to add signs for Wendy's?

A tall sign and a short sign is in Mega Props 1. I think the short one is used on the Wendy's lot as well.

    Looks good.

Been meaning to bring this up, but I have some of your industrial lots and I notice that their garbage generation is so overscaled I have to bulldoze them when they come up. Any plans for a fix on that? (e.g. Grainger, United Rentals)

I can make changes to the desc files for sure. I definitely play the game with garbage pits that just take away trash so it's an oversight on my part. I have some stuff I want to make but I don't think it will take too much time.

Thanks. It seems to be mostly your industrials. Looking at them with PIM-X will probably result in values that are more appropriate and don't lead to the lots glowing red in the garbage view.

Wow, I haven't noticed it, though I haven't played with the game for a long time, but you're right.

@pclark06I don't know if it's the error of Maxis PIM, but both the jobs what the PC United Rentals LOT currently gives and the other stats are way-way over the top. A relatively small building offering 4050 I-M jobs, that's really bad and the pollution stats are really off. I ran the building examplar through on SC4 PIM-X (with a 0.85 filling degree - the property which helps calculating the proper stats) and it gave me 122 I-M jobs and 7-4-4 (for air-water-garbage) pollutions.

The Grainger with PIM-X (with 0.8 filling degree) would have 211 I-M jobs and 12-8-4 (air-water-garbage) pollutions. I believe these are closer to the right values.

Yeah, that's massive. I think all the industrials would merit investigating.

Another lot, not by PC, that is notorious for high garbage scale is ks_JPN's Yurtec Stadium:

Oof, yeah these are comically bad. I'm adjusting it now. I got PIM-X to work thanks to @Tyberius06! I'm recompiling all the stats of my industrial buildings now and hope to update my files maybe by Friday or Saturday or something.

Yepp, looks better. You can play around with the Filling Degree. By default it is 0.5. According to the PIM-X guide to set it up properly one needs to make a best guess about how big portion of the LOD (yellow lines) is filled by the building itself. It might be closer to 0.6 how I see. 1 or close to 1 when the building is completely or almost completely filling out the LOD. Like many ofthe boxy w2w rowhouses with flat roofs.

As for what created the issue,  I think it's because I used the Industry Quadrupler on my own personal saves so it's putting a ridiculous amount of jobs, and pollution to those who probably use the base stats for the game.

I explained it in the PM. The quadrupler doesn't have effect on the tools, how they set-up the stats for the LOTs. These MODs have only effect in game. So you set-up a LOT with 300 jobs. In the reader or PIM or PIM-X or SC4 Tool you will see, that the building examplar contains 300 whatever jobs. When you go ingame, that 300 will be 1200 (4x) offering, but that only applies ingame. In the editing tools, still the 300 will be job offering. I tested your models by creatin new buildnig examplar by Maxis PIM and I got the same weird numbers, and I don't have stat manipulating mods installed.

    @Ramona Brie @Tyberius06

I have updated five of my industrial buildings and fixed the issues after testing:
    Bobcat Dealer
Equipment Rental Dealers (Sunbelt/United Rentals Pack)
    Grainger
Heavy Equipment Dealers (CAT, Komatsu, et. al)
    International Trucks Dealer

Demand will get a little bit screwy upon replacing them in your game, as the jobs numbers for them have also changed. I have a sixth, my Fleetpride, that I am working on but I didn't finish it in time last night.

Thanks. I didn't have Fleetpride or ITD but I did download the latter after seeing it was updated. Makes me feel a good bit better about zoning new I-D and I-M in my cities.
