64 by 64 lot editor problem

I've been compiling a set of building references on a 64 by 64 lot, a complete list of buildings from SC4. However, when I saved it and reopened it... well... the images will show you the problem. The first one was done yesterday, the second one was done today.

 

Is this a lot editor problem? Possibly, I'm thinking that there's something wrong with the maximum size..

That's quite a large lot, if I remember correctly that's as large as you can go.

But there are other limits, including a limit on the number of Objects you can use on a lot, which is somewhere around 1,200. Note objects includes Base Textures, Overlay Textures, Props, Flora and more.

64x64 Tiles makes 4,096 total. So in order to save your lot, you must exceed the number of objects a lot can hold (because LE requires each tile has a base texture). Therefore 64x64 lots are a bit of a paradox, just because the lot editor allows it, doesn't mean it will work. You really are better off just using smaller lots.

Let's see...  the maximum size is 6X6 fixed by software

Out of limit is to try to do something based in tricks that fail so it seems
  a misunderstanding to ask about what is wrong with the software, or not?
