Duplicate text and Images when Posting

I keep getting duplicates of what I post this afternoon in my creation thread in the Skylines section. Is this a known issue? Even if I edit and delete the duplicate text and images, they show back up. I see here in this section, it's not happening.

Yep, I had the same thing on my reply to your Banana Tree thread. Just had to edit it.

This is happening when I post anywhere now it seems. I think I have a glitch with my account. I made a post and my images keep duplicating. Editing is not working for me. I delete the extra images and they just come right back

I've tested and can confirm the issue.

This seems to only apply to image attachments, as external images are posted as normal. It appears like the attachments are being inserted automatically into the post, even when edited.

As a confirmation of the only one image gets displayed, here is one from my private web site.
