Is it possible to use mods in MySim mode?

What kind of mods are you thinking of? I don't know if anyone has made any sort of mods for the MySim mode features. I don't do the thing with the Sims; the only time I go into the MySim Mode is to do a U-Drive-It or turn the UDI icons off.

There hasn't been any mods that I am aware of for MySims.  There is not much you can do with MySims, as Compdude787 stated.  About the only thing MySims is useful for is to drive them around to tour your city or find out what the conditions in some neighborhood.  However, even if you plop a MySim in a poor neighborhood to see it's conditions, the MySim will quickly 'upgrade' to high wealth (assuming there is access to education), rendering this feature useless.
