@Turnstyled hey there.
This is, what my Plugins folder looks like atm. I spent quite a while organizing and optimizing my folder structure
in the last couple of years by using rivits SC4DataNode tool and other tools.

My Plugins folder size is small, 6,24GB at the moment and it's always a work in progress. With this structure my game loads a savegame
in one minute or so. But that's only because I use the SC4DatPacker to compress my Plugins folder. Without doing that, it would take
20 minutes for the game to load or so.
Hopefully I could be of some help here for you or anyone else.

Kind regards!

@markussaage Thank you so much. I don't think that I'll be datpacking my plugins. Right now, my plugins folder is 2.04 GB and it loads from an NVMe solid state drive, specifically a Samsung 970 Evo Plus. That solid state drive gets hit pretty hard because I dedicated 64 GB of it to be a cache for my mechanical hard drives using a paid software called PrimoCache. CrystalDiskInfo for Windows is displaying that it's at 86% health. I might replace it with a Samsung 980 Pro, but that's not necessary right now.

Fun fact: Buffalo sauce contains the entire DNA sequence of buffalo, so you can clone buffalo while eating buffalo wings with buffalo sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings in Buffalo, New York. I've never tried it, though.

Okay, so in that post of mine at the bottom of page 2 in this thread, there were definitely incompatible mods in there. I hadn't yet grasped the fact that what loads last is what loads in-game. I said here that I would restart organization of my plugins folder:

The thing was, though, that when I wasn't feeling as well a few months ago, I had totally kept track of everything that wasn't loading in my game, as per SC4DataNode.

See those folders that begin with z00_? I was totally keeping track of everything that wouldn't load in those folders. My general plugins folder organization hasn't changed that much. Below is my plugins folder now:

The b_Buildings folder is sorted by creator. Yes, there are parks in there. I don't care to make the classification perfect. What I have been super-focused about, though, has been keeping my plugins folder free of files that do not load because they are overridden. I'll give a few examples:

  • There have been a number of instances of files in the same download having the same hex ID. I'll give two examples:
    1. The SPAM Full Mod has I-r5_4x6_LargeElevator_593083cb.SC4Lot and I-r5_4x6_Elevator_593083cb.SC4Lot. The Elevator file won't load because of the LargeElevator file that comes right after it in load order. Thus, I put the Elevator file away for safekeeping.
    2. In Neko's prop sets, there is a Neko_Fountain_Park_OutCornerC-0x5ad0e817_0x1a2d0014_0x30000.SC4Model and a Neko_Fountain_Park_OutCornerD-0x5ad0e817_0x1a2d0014_0x30000.SC4Model. I put the OutCornerC file away for sakekeeping.
  • If files are overridden, I put them away for sakekeeping. One example is choosing the US Darknite set in the LRMv4 installer. I end up with a few files in the zz_LRMv40_Mega_Pack/LRMv4Replacement Sets/Override/ folder that are either overridden by another file in the zz_LRMv40_Mega_Pack/LRMv4Replacement Sets/Override/ folder or are overridden by files from Tariel-Rivit's Essentials V.05. Thus, I put those overridden files away for sakekeeping.

The exception to all this is the NAM. A bunch of files in it are overridden either by other files in the NAM or by MGB - Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) for Gobias Sudden Valley. I do not touch files in the Network Addon Mod folder.
