how to get textures for BAT model

While there are websites such as textures.com, it is recommendable to use premade textures as a starting point only. You may have to enlarge textures to avoid tiling, apply gradients to simulate raytracing, add grime and make other edits. Having a software for image editing (such as Photoshop or the freeware alternative GIMP) and being familiar with using multiple layers and tools such as opacity settings, cloning, and other basic edits will enable you to create just the kind of texture you need.

Do you work with gmax or 3dsmax? Just wondering because with 3dsmax, you'll want to use Arch & Design materials.

Yeah, with gmax you'll have to fake more effects by photoshopping your texture because gmax offers fewer possibilities than 3dsmax. You can still make beautiful stuff, though. :)
