After Dark is nice and all, but I haven't figured out how to know what time it is in my city yet... does anyone know how to?

Thanks :)

There are a sun and moon around the globe in the lower left corner which position themselves according to the time of day, though I have yet to find a proper clock.

Does anybody really know what time it is?

Time of day by game clock or sun?  Does anybody really care?

AFAIK the night and day cycle isn't tied to a clock properly because in game the 'time' is much too fast to have a night and day cycle without it just being like flipping a lightswitch constantly.

Cities Skylines appears to be set in a distant universe on another planet similar to earth. There is no weather system, no orientation and the passage of time is measured on a different scale from that on earth...

Of course. Kinda like it works in SC4; only, there you can hover the mouse over the date and it gives you the time of day/night

Right! Altough the sun rises and sets on opposite sides of the map, practically giving you east and west points!
