Lawn chair larry decided to go for a little flight, i don't know, I seen him floating along in my undeveloped area in a new city and so I zoomed in closer to realize that he was just floating having a good ol time, it took me 3 shots to get a good one like that, but dang, he seemed to have the easy life. I think he went to OZ cause I haven't seen him since. He's off to kill the wicked witches?? I dont know it sounded god!

there was actually a topic on this ages ago, when Rush Hour first came out. earlier opinions were that it was a llama escaping from the zoo...though i don't see many llamas wearing pink shirts and shorts lately.

another opinion was that is was Dr. Vu, trying to escape - seems the person posting the picture ages ago had a pretty bad mayor's rating. haven't seen that, as most of my cities with bad mayor's ratings mysteriously blow up

The deck chair and balloons seems to be a takeoff of the guy who tied helium balloons to his deckchair, and went into the air (taking his rifle). The chair went flying into the air, and he dropped his rifle.

 

He did it to impress his girlfriend, though after the $10,000 fine by the nation aeronatics sciety (or somthing) i don't think his girlfriend was impressed...
