Gentleman wants AO Tovitt

I don't know if this is the right category, but there is a gentleman who wants the NDEX A O Tovitt Building. I found it on Equinox's STEX files. However, like a few files, after the Simitropolis update, it's not available to download. The rules say I'm not supposed to redistribute anything. Is there a way we can get this file to the gentleman?

How come this file is on the STEX without a download button?

There's a download button for me, oddly. Albeit the formatting is wonky, but it still works.

there's a lot of files that don't have download buttons, especially equinox's.

Oh, I figured it out, its on the right if youre in widescreen. You can't see it if you have a standard monitor, thats the problem. Thanks Mushy.
