Pictured here is a beachfront condominium area. Condos here enjoy easy access to the beach and downtown shopping, excellent schools and hospitals, and a gaurantee from the city that no mega-condos a'la Miami pop up next door. The lot sizes are exact and roof heights controlled. The string of condos right on the beach sell for $285,000 for a two bedroom, mostly because they are right on the beach. Enjoy.

    Nice job everyone!

jackel.22 & jaqulina ~ Thanks for the nice coments!

davejowsey ~ I spent hours foraging through Japanese websites and snagged the ship. The lot was made with many Japanese props. Follow my custom lot thread to see when I release the lot  or for more info.

Fox ~ Nice work! I dig the night shots and the Parliment House pic!

Here is my latest. The custom made lots feature Gascooker's Baltic Flour Mill & SG's  Auto Factory.

I'm amazed at what some of you have created.  I was planning to post a couple of pictures of my waterfronts but after seeing yours I'd be embarrassed to post mine.  Back to the drawing board.  I think it's time for some waterfront redevelopment.10.gif
