Wow this is great, I was with some doubts yet, but now I think everything is ok to send models in game in the right way :D

Would it not be better to pin a thread containing video that uses software that is free/ cheap? There are a load of Blender tutorials on youtube for example. Like this short one 

 

The software this guy uses is professional stuff that costs about $1300. I doubt very much anybody here is  going to be paying that amount of money just to make a few models for skylines. The only people who are going to own this software legally are professionals who wouldn't even need a tutorial like this.

    One of the most used tool by some SC4 Batters is 3ds Max, officially the full version costs $3,675. I don't think most of us got this tool by actually buying it. Some softwares have a free for students licensing feature, while others well...I won't get into details :)

     

    I just posted this to provide an alternative source to model buildings. Still, I agree with you, we should pin a thread with ALL tutorials. I even think we should open an Omnibus thread for C:SL with tutorials for 3ds Max, Sketchup, Blender, Etc etc.

    im down for this for blender, recently downloaded and have been watching youtube videos on how to use it, made a mug and some pool balls, so im gonna attempt on a building at some point
