haha!

It's funny how the custom labels have something to do with the person that gets them. Coincidence? I think not!44.gif

Yeah, that one took a while. We went through several others but we knew they weren't it. And, once it came to me, it was just so obvious! 18.gif

I'm glad people are enjoying them. And thank you to everyone who assisted with the label generation and color selection.

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. The church grows by attraction, not proselytizing. - Pope Francis

Date: 1/1/2006 12:35:28 PM Author: zelgadis Well, perhaps it does. Duke listed his old generic label after his custom one. There might be others. I didn't look carefully. I just put it there for the record. ISF

Generic labels are only added to the list if they are frozen (dosen't change with post count) which I asume yours wasen't.

Yes, as I have stated before, I was the first person ever to have the (dis)honor of having their label frozen back in March of '04. It was basically just a sort of joke on golfbunny's part. He never came out and said he froze it. He just kept dropping hints. Eventually (somewhere in April), he got bored of that and changed my label to just be blank. I ended up putting a line in mysig that read I have no member label because it amuses golfbunny. Sometime in may, my sig got edited so that it read I have no member label because I am a moron. A lot of people (myself included) laughed at it. About a week later my label was changed to the Mega Fan that it sits as today, and I took the line out of my sig.

So, in my case Hometown Hero was a custom label, even though it's usually just a generic one.
