A render problem with my building... (SC4 B.A.T.)

Hello, i'm have a problem with my building in SC4 B.A.T. Ok, the problem is this.

 

When i am putting textures in my building, and edit it, the textures are this.

Well, when i preview the building to render this, the building is this.

Yeah, the textures of the roof and the green plaster won't render and it'll a simple color'll see ugly it.

 

What i do to solve this? Please help me.

I have sometimes read that the BAT seems to "forget" textures you use and you'll have to click through them in the material editor to "remind" the tool that they're still there. I don't have any first-hand knowledge of this, however, because I don't use gmax myself.

    What BATs? I don't BAT:no:  I only use the lot editor to make lots for existing structures.

    Hmmm man, what editor you use to do the BATs?

     

     

    Material editor,texture Editor:

     

    Select the pieces you want the texture on,Then open the material editor you can open it by

    clicking the red icon at the top of gmax or by pressing m on your keyboard,you next need to

    go to the material navigator menu which you can do by clicking the little yellow,red,blue icon in

    material editor box next to the checkerboard icon.

    Then in the material nav menu scroll til you find your texture & select it & at the top of the

    navigator box next to the name box(right side)click the little icon & that should re-apply the texture.

    Do the same then for the other pieces to re-apply each texture.

     

    you can also shortcut to the nav menu:

     

    The yellow,red,blue icon(next to the red icon top of gmax)brings you directly to the material navigator.

     

    If you need some pics of the editor menu let me know & i will add them,you have texture on your model 

    so you should know about the editor already though. ^_^
