Is there a building pack out there... anywhere!? or do I have to keep downloading growable lots one by one. Just looking for some more variety. Any suggestions welcome, thanks.

You just need to look.  Try madhatter106, JMeyers, Paeng, and SimGoober for openers.  There are lots of others.

    The only other option to downloading individual buildings (which you can search by creator, like A Nonny Moose stated) is to donate to Simptropolis and you will be sent a set of CD's that contain some of the STEX's best buildings.  I guess it is kind of a 'building pack'.
