I put this through Lot Editor to make a bona fide apartment complex to reality's standards. I no longer have the lot file though.

I was thinking about making a modular apartment complex set (of course it wouldn't be functional since plopped residential doesn't work), but it would be good eye candy for those CJ'ers that don't care about functionality.
