Not entirely sure what you mean. Are you looking at the properties and whatnot in the SimCity_Game.package or an exported package?

Ok so I found out pictures don't pop up all the time.... My other problem, why dont I have the 2 parent menu items, I only have the one parent.

So is it correct to export the entire package file into a new file? Or just the settings you changed? If only the settings you changed, will the game load that random files properties automatically?

You do not need to export the entire package. You can export what you want to modify and then just do it. When your work is done export to a new package again

 

Edit: to override original content place it befor original package (alphabetacally)
