    Okay we're going to start from the very beginning with installing the mod (this should be fine, any affected files will be replaced (And if need be Origin Redownloads the original file if none is present), and any non replaced files can be deleted later if they were in the wrong location).

    Say your simcity is installed in

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\

    Navigate to this folder, you'll now see the subfolders SimCity, SimCityData, SimCityUserData.

    Ok now open up my zip and you'll see the folder  "SimROllerPackagev06 3.00", go into this folder and now you'll see SimCityData and SimCityUserData.

    Drag these files and drop it into

     

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\

     

    If you have done it right, it should ask you to replace the two folders, and one sub file (The Scripts file).

    From here if there are any issues - first thing you can try to download the Debug Enabler in my OP (Though this really shouldn't make a difference, but who knows). If not I'll look around to a way to make it so the ploppables aren't counted as double but I have a feeling any changes related to this will be in the scripts package which is where for some odd reason your problem stems from. The game doesn't want to recognize my package o.O

    got it.  I had simrollerv61.  Trying again with v.62. . .

     

    YESSSSSS!  We are LIVE!  You, sir, are a god among modders!  Thank you for taking the time to walk my dumb self through that, I had only downloaded the rar an hour or so before I ran into trouble, but something in there just didn't want to work!!!!!

    If you update: I would appreciate to add the ferry extension (cruise pier) as placeable outside box. Needed for the Casino Islands! :)

    Oh yeah, thats something I forgot about. Just wondering - I kind of just put the ferry in there for a sense of completion but I realized it didn't really work for me thats why in the video its actually in my  city. Do you have different results with normal commuters using it?

    TY so much! And yes, I got it to work for normal commuting, Its a bit tricky to connect it to the road network, seems to think the road is at the bottom of the sea even if its on an island - but with a little trial and error I succeeded, (Hint: try to draw the road from the ferry terminal all the way to land inside box. That was how I solved it.) Look, cruise ship arrived:

    (Later) Oh, and one of the cruise ports off-box is now a HUGE success, 30k tourists coming each day:

    Hahahaha thats awesome good to hear, think I might go back and throw em into that city then. I like how you manage to use something besides straight roads outside the box. I always have a plan to do that but end up getting lazy and just going gridlike outside most of the time.

    After the last patch they did something to the camera, so it's much easier to build outside. You can plant a park anywhere, open it to edit, and then close - now you have a good view of the spot w/ surroundings. Makes it much easier to draw roads and everything. I also noticed game crashes sometimes if you try to use the roads in spots where the height differences are to steep - either when you draw the roads, or when you want to delete them. But over all, i think it got a bit easier to work outside the box.

    So I don't know if this is just a coincidence or something I just never ever noticed, but apparently now ingame when you are looking at your city and want to zoom to a place outside the box.

    You can move your mouse over to the area you want to "focus" on and double right click and it will "pull" you to that area. You can rotate, zoom IN POSITION but soon as move it rubberbands you back to the city. To be honest this makes building outof the city box much easier as placing modules is easier. If this was added in by Maxis, I want to say I love you.

    Of course if its something I am derping out and never noticed before, well guess you do learn something new everyday

    I noticed that the Mayors Mansion is ploppable outside, but the additions are not. Also: on the police precinct the modules are stackable, but that is not the case with the hospital. No biggie, as there is normally lots of space outside. 

    And also want to add that I am so grateful for this mod, thank you!

    Ahaha busted, back when I was adding the modules in I got to the mayors mansion pretty late and looked at all the addons and kind of just went "whaaaaaaaaaaaa" and packed up shop for the night. I'll be adding the modules in soon probably tomorrow evening after I get some stuff taken care of. I got a little sidetracked this weekend trying to see how far I could push the modules outside. Turns out I hit the road limit at which a certain point if you destroy too many roads in a row simcity crashes. 

    Regarding the hospital, I had a toss up because the Patients wing you could have it either stacked up or bottom on the ground as is now. Having it support both while both being outside of the boarder meant having 3 menu items which would make things a little messy. I left the others snapable to a point as since you are forced to put all the patient wings ground level, you can put the surgical, diagnostic labs as roof modules to 2 of the wings or still put them ontop of the hospital. And reading your PM, I got a little something sent my way - not sure if its you, but thanks if it is and thanks if it isn't anyways for enjoying the mod!

    Casino addons still have the old per hour costs from before they adjusted them lower to make casinos more profitable. At least thats what I saw with the Sci-Fi Casino.

    Only the elegant casino was affected with the costs? Or am I mistaken


    Also I have added mayors mansion and such in, but for some reason it doesn't want to play nice like the other modules and accept an increased module count to compensate like the other plops.

    Did you download the Debug Enabler?

     

    edit: Btw please note that it seems Maxis has fixed the Camera and now we are unable to go out of the box again :( I am trying to figure out if its something they did but the only things I can see are a couple main JS files were edited from the patch downloader but there were also some props that were updated and im not sure if these unknown props deal with the camera as most of the JS changes don't seem to be related to the camera though I may have not seen right.

    Yes, I set V0.7, my game is 3.1.

    But just pedestrian paths appears in the roads menu, options nothing change, can't build out of the box either.

    Okay, there's a UI on the options now, I can build roads out of the box, it would be helpful on traffic, this is good, you give us more fun on simcity, I'll be grateful, thank you very much.

    0.71 might be out soonish with some ordering fixes on the parks from $ to $$$, Region button renamed to Buildings (Thanks Oppie), and repositioned menu access for easy use, low density street straight upgrade to highdensity (still testing)

    I've been doing a little poking around in data files... It would be great if the debug cheats menus were re-enabled... :) I hate hitting Alt-W over and over and over and over again..etc... you get it... And the command key cheats only work in sandbox, so debug menu cheats would be pretty nifty. I will keep looking around, but so far I have not found much of anything :( --

    BTW:: ProcsKalone, let me know if you need any help, I am pretty handy with coding and game modding (I used to make GTA mods, including GTA IV script mods) :) I'd love to be of assistance.. The sooner those cheat menus get re-enabled, the better.. lol

    There's a problem, when I get back to the menu, the map that I was using MOD to build can't load, it's always show the message Unable to load the city, and my friend has the same problem too.

    I think I'm just being stupid but I've downloaded SimrollerDebug.package, SimRollerCompletePackv07.package, DebugRepositioning.package and put all of these in the SimCityData folder, I've also put the script in the SimCityUserData as per instructions.  I can see the university path but I can't get the debug menu to open.  Any ideas what I've missed?
