  1. Try it yourself. I had a sci-fi casino that I built pre-mod with two low wealth lodging add-ons and two medium wealth lodging add-ons. Then I built one from the mod menu and the cost for the add-ons was much higher than the cost of the regular in game ones.
  2. Casino addons still have the old per hour costs from before they adjusted them lower to make casinos more profitable. At least thats what I saw with the Sci-Fi Casino.
