I know of crashing when hovered over a lot, but how does this happen with a road?

Yesterday I've found an issue with Nam 31, tried to build a roundabout street but came across this issue, don't know if it has mentioned before so i just mention it just in case, so the NAM-team can take a look into it and build a fix for it while their still busy with it...

I was able to build a T Interchange using the RHW just fine...until I installed the NAM 31. Now it seems there are pieces missing and the MIS won't drag over the RHW 6 ground-level highway. 1st picture shows what I want to do and succeeded in building with just the RHW without the NAM 31 installed. 2nd picture shows what's happening. I want to reinstall the previous NAMand RHW because it worked fine, but they're not available. I've spent a good amount of time trying to find the right pieces in my menus to build a T Interchange and searched for tutorials, but nothing i have found has helped me.  I don't know what to do. What are my options?

    1.  Revert back to NAM 30

If NAM 30 is available anywhere, I am unable to locate it and the Cleanitol thingy removed it once I installed NAM 31. I assumed NAM 30 is no longer available since the release of NAM 31. Could you provide a link?

I could swear I read int he user manual that all NAM 31 RHW were draggable under or over other NAM 31 RHW stretches.  I am having a very difficult time crossing these two RHW 4s stretches and I have at least 2 more crossings I have to make.

The crossings are more than plausible as this interchange actually exists.  I just need to figure out what I am doing wrong here, or is this a bug?

    The real thing:

I tried dragging the elevated RHW 4s over the ground RHW 4s, that didn't work, then I tried dragging the ground RHW 4s under the elevated RHW 4s and that didn't work.  So I thought, maybe the crossing was too close to the corners, so I removed the 45 degree curves and straightened everything out and it still would not work.  I even tried dragging normal roads under it and those would not work either.  Is elevated RHW broken?  Or, What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance guys.

    Edit:

I found an example in the "show us your interchanges" thread

This, I want this(picture below), he has it, why can't I have it?  He has both of the things I need and I cannot get them to work.  He has the Elevated L1 RHW 4S diagonal crossing a grounded L0 RHW 4s diagonal.  Then he has an elevated L2 RHW 4S straight crossing an elevated L1 RHW 4S diagonal.  These are exactly what I need in every detail and mine do not work.  Either he is using a different version of NAM or I am totally missing something.

This just drives me absolutely batty, I can see it right there and yet mine does not work, simply maddening.

The reason medit84truth's interchange worked while yours deconverted is because he used L1 RHW-4-over-L0 RHW-4 for the Diagonal x Diagonal crossing, whereas you used L2 RHW-4-over-L0 RHW-4.  The L2 RHW-4 did not have nearly the same level stability that the L1 did in the NAM 31 controller, and that overpass wasn't accounted for in the code.  This has been corrected in NAM 31.1, which will be available "imminently".

Okay, that is fantastic to hear, I did not know what was going on.  I will make this entire interchange in the interim minus these few parts and leave everything unconnected to it and continue building around it until NAM 31.1 is released thanks a ton for the heads up, I was going crazy.

    Dual 8-Lane T-Junction

Seeing as this was something I made a month ago, I can't really remember exactly the process I used to get that result. I just noticed from playing around with recent NAM that sometimes in order to cross networks you will have to place a starter on BOTH sides in order to get them to cross one another. And, many times after attempting to cross networks, it seems as if the whole structure just goes all haywire and breaks down, but there have been times where I will just click on a part of the network with the RHW draw tool and the entire structure magically comes to form. It goes from broken...to fixed in one click. The new NAM is real spooky like that.

If you're trying to re-create what I did in the picture I'd suggest drawing the lane that goes diagonally under the L1 & L2 networks first.

Then start both level 0 to level 1 transitions shown in the picture, which will end up crossing the diagonal L0.

Lastly, do the same with the L2 network going straight across. Start the transitions first, then drag it over the 2 lower level networks.

If it breaks down, just click around on one of the networks, it might correct itself.

NAM 31.1 is now available on the LEX at SC4 Devotion.  You can find the announcement thread here.  It'll be live on the STEX in the coming days.

Moderators/Admins, please close this thread, as NAM 31 is officially deprecated and no longer supported.
