How to fix simcity 4 exception reports?

From your report, it looks like you have the Euro version of the game (1.1.613) that has not been updated with the official patches. You can get them here. With your version, you'll probably need the SKU-2 patch. Once that's done, you can get the SC4Update4BAT patch which applies the ability for night lights to appear on custom content. Once all this is accomplished, see how your game runs and we can go from there...

To help trouble shoot, your system specs would be helpful (cpu, ops, graphics card, etc...)

You are properly patched to 1.1.640 version, so that is not an issue.  I did notice that you installed the game in Program Files (x86) folder.  This can cause some issue (assuming you have a 64 bit computer) with the game crashing because of some limitation that windows puts on this '32 bit' folder.  On my system, I created a folder called Program Files-Games that I installed SC4 into.  You may want to try that.

Also, make sure you have applied the 4Gb patch to the SC4 exe file.  NAM 32 comes with the patch, so if you have not already installed NAM 32, I strongly suggest that you install it.

Another suggestion is to make sure that you put in a command line switch for the executable or a shortcut so that SC4 only runs off of one CPU.  A game this old cannot handle running off of a multiple CPU processor.  The command line switch to run on one CPU is -CPUCount: 1.  My command line for SC4 is as follows: "C:\Program Files-Games\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps\SimCity 4.exe" -CPUCount:1 -CustomResolution:enabled -r1600x900x32 -d:OpenGL

With the 4GB patch, running off of one CPU and having the games installed in different folder from 'Program Files (x86), I have found the game to be very stable.

There is nothing wrong with your exception report.  It is about as useful as mammary glands on a boar hog, however.  In order to properly interpret that dump you need the debug schema, and a copy of the source code.  Neither of these are forthcoming from EA, so the only things you can find out are in the header, which has been interpreted.  If you have a lot of these things, the best thing to do with them is release them without recovery and get the disk space back.

To get up to 1,1,641 you have to purchase the digital download version.  Watch for a sale and you can probably get it for about $5.

You can't compress all your plugins using the general program.  Some things are subject to updates and you cannot update a *.dat.  One of the is the NAM, which is a set of *.dat files anyway.

If you are going to compress plugins, do it with some forethought.  Only compress stuff that is going to be unchanged for sure.  And try to hold it to three or four output files.  For example, I wouldn't compress libraries of dependencies.

If you mean the Maxis base, I've not heard of problems with it, you'd think someone else would have noticed if it was faulty by now.

If you haven't already done so, the #1 reason for CTD (crash to desktop) in SC4 is running the game on a modern processor with more than one CPU core. This is because the game was only designed to support one, when a second core is called it often crashes, simply set the command line switch -CPUCount:1 in the target line of your SC4 shortcut. This limits the game to a single core, combined with the patches, you should then not experience this issue.

There is one exception, that is a bug where moving a puzzle piece, such as network starters or transit models over a Transit Enabled lot will cause a CTD. This is a bug that may never be fixed, so you need to learn to avoid this behaviour when playing.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

For  the CPU I know.

In fact I realy sure that there is the military base, I change his conditional building to false, and with a new city when I build it, it crash in a moment or so.

Maybe an error to the number of one octet or something like that.

Why did you change the conditional building property? Rewards must be set to True, I'm guessing that's the cause of your crash.

To my knowledge this property was used by Maxis to prevent users copying/editing reward lots, however, with the reader you can change the property to false allowing you to get around this, you must set it back to true when you've finished editing it though.

I have been playing this game since it came out and have loaded the army base countless times in dire financial situations.  Never had a crash.

I deleted all the files of the folder exeption reports, I deleted all the mods of the plugins folder, when I play the game with the base it work without crash.

Conclusion, one of the mods should conflict with this lot, I have so many mods to know where it would take me a long time.

Instance of this lot is 03460000, I doubt that one of my mods have this instance.

Ah, aparently it is a problem of a maximum pxels on the textures, when my texture have 2048x2048 pixel the game crash.. it is totaly wrong, it was another trike who caused the crash, I was able to correct this.

So for the other crash with the military base it was the exemplare mod of the copter of this base, I have the automata mod but I don't be able to find the exemplare so I take the automata to another folder not in the plugins.
