  1. Crashes when zooming in on building roads?

Thanks again, I now have the folder with .DLLs and .INIs right in the plugins folder, .DATs in organization folders. Things seem to be much smoother and zooming in on road construction no longer causes crashes. Do you have any suggestions for the recurrent freezing? The freezes only lock up the screen display, I can still move the mouse and the game's music still plays. I can even still click on buttons if I mouse to where they should be.
  2. Crashes when zooming in on building roads?

Thank you! The video helped me find something I missed, that I hadn't selected my NVidia card in the voodoo executable or set CPU priority to high. Just to clarify though, those folders I pictured are in the plugins folder. Is that okay? Or do all the the DATs and DLLs need to be directly in the plugins file, not in a file within the plugins file?
  3. Hi! I'm new to attempting to run SimCity 4 with mods. I followed the sites very helpful and thorough guides... but I may not have lived up to their thoroughness. I can load fine, save and reload, everything works until I build a road and zoom in to the construction animations. The grader and paver that go along don't cause issues, so possibly the models of the road crew? I also get freezes at seeming random intervals, but at intervals just often enough to make the game difficult to play. It seems to happen most often when I pan the camera. It might be a missing asset, do those cause crashes? Maybe I haven't configured something right. Do you folks have any idea what I've missed? I've run the 4GB fix, set the SimCity 4 .exe and the other .exe the guide said to my GPU only, I've tried hard to follow all the dependencies (though I certainly could've missed one). I'm playing on an Origin copy, and I'll attach my plugins list as an image. Thank you for any help you can provide! I may just have to clean my copy and start over, but lawd I'd love to have a simple fix pointed out.
