Work on the penthouse and glass is stunning. I like the different kinds of glass and maybe, just maybe would suggest that you take another look at those differences between the glass on the real building.

 

For example the core on the original building seems to be more transparent whereas other parts look more reflective. The Ground part that sticks out is completely transparent. At least that's my observation. Here are some pics to illustrate what I am talking about:

 

 

 

 

 

I think this is very important because it is the main architectural feature of the building.

 

ps Who'd knew I'd like a building that is modern and not from New York this much. lol, I'm surprised.

One thing odd about Comcast Center is that its texture seems to change frequently. I see it nearly every day, and sometimes it's lighter and on other days it's almost gray. Maybe it's the light, or the temperature. It may be the light, but I have better things to do than store at it all day.

I've begun another building from Lexington, KY . It's the Fifth Third Center or the "Big Blue Building"

It's an glass building high of 125 meters. Now, I should create the trees and flora at the base of the building and do the texturing

Today, I've finally find some time for advance my BAT. And the Lexington Fifth Third Building is now texturised . I want improved several details and add the plaza and trees at my model.

I hope, finalised the First Bank of Hollywood soon and upload it quickly

Hello everyone, I'm back on Simtropolis !! , I wish you're fine guys

After several month, to continue my work with Lexington, Comcast and NYBT of course

I've seen my Trixies nominations for the American International and NYBT. Thanks a lot for those who's nominated me. And I promise many BAT for this 2014 Year, Art deco and modern glass buildings must be added to the awesome Sim City 4;)

I'm working, on a building especially for the community, and I hope you'll like it . But I haven't pictures of this one, maybe soon

To begun, an small update of the Lexington Financial Center, I think the day version is ready for export. Now I must work on the nightlight.
