And, it's time to begun the night version for the SunTrust building from Richmond, VA this is just the begining, I would like down the light value in several level, actually the light is too high

 

I've down the parking entrance doors for the night small detail

Looks good, but about the lobby:

 

I guess there an entrance next to the car parking. You can see right through the glaas and as I can see there is no wall between the lobby and the parking area (or is it only me?)

Looks good. I have no refernce so I don't really know how the lights are supposed to look like. 

 

Have you added the wall yet? It still looks like you can see parking D:

 

One thing. I mny opinion, the light effect reflecting the street lights or whatever looks a bit strong and too blurry.

I just realised this has already been made for CXL 

 

 

And I finally found one

 

 

You can see that the SunTrust sign is supposed to be lit up as well. Also, there's some red stuff on the roof.

Thanks all for comments. And thanks Skyscraper241 for your pictures. I've never use CXL. In this game, SunTrust tower is an original or an modded building ?

 

Today, I've add reddish light on the top of the tower, give light for the logo and fix several stuff. I think add furnitures inside the building, where we can can see through the windows.

Great thanks for all your comments guys, and yes, it's ready for upload very soon , under modding and test ^^

 

About the BoA:

 

-The Darknite is totaly exported. The darknite export time is only 8 hours

 

-I've fixed some bugs on the lot of the BoA Center, the plop working better and the workers can enter inside without difficulties. The only thing, you need to do an meticulous terraforming before used this one.

It will be an 1x1 lot size, you'll need to use the "Pedestrian Mall Tiles" to give access to your sims and some tiles to finished for the sidewalk, and don't forget buses and subways for the pedestrians.

 

- Just for info, the PIMx set the number of worker at 34000 CO$$ . I think, I should to down this number around the 12000 .

 

- Here an small picture to show the building in-game, sorry for the quality of the technic but it's only a test

As for a CO$$ building, I don't really think 34000 are way too much. Wiki says it has 6000 jobs so...

Wow, it's looking sweet in game, although the contrast between some of the highly saturated lot flora and grass textures and the trees on the ground plaza is rather strong, but I guess that can't be helped.

 

The high number of occupants suggested by PIM-X is probably due to the software assuming that the building is a perfect cuboid with the width, depth, and height of the building. That's why there is the so-called "filling degree" - it is used to estimate to what proportion your building would actually fill such an imagined cuboid.

 

Anyway, somewhere around 6,000-8,000 CO$$ jobs sounds good.

Shouldn't the BofA Building and its base fit more snugly on the lot?  Is that possible to achieve?  Having half a square gap either end of the base seems a bit odd visually.
