Hello! Me again... I want a link or a website that haves the SC4 Terraformer or SC4 Mapper. Or anyone can tell me where did you downloaded yours? PLZ PLZ PLZ!!!!

Nowhere that I'm aware of. I think you even had to register on Maxis' old site to download them.

Registration is free on that site. I highly recommend it, since there's a lot of great content on SC4Devotion (check out their LEX exchange).

The post you're quoting is from 11 years ago, and the user who posted it lasted logged into Simtropolis 3 years ago. While it's possible for staff to edit very old posts from long-inactive users, there's so many posts on the site that expecting the pretty small crew of staff nowadays to go through and do that for likely tens of thousands of old links simply isn't reasonable.  One needs to take the date of the original post into consideration when reading it--SC4 is 20 years old, but its content ecosystem remains in active development, and things change.

In any case, both tools are available at SC4D's successor, SC4Evermore (SC4E):
