Much better updating pic, at this point all the manhattan is zoned and now we will start creating the real New York look.

a pretty faithful recreation of New York i'd have to say, delete some of the wren insurance buildings though, looks a bit repetetive, but once thats fixed i'd have to say it looks pretty good

I really like the Pan Am and UN buildings, also I'm guessing you are only using the New York Tile Set. Try and use others to add more variety. There is a mod called Go Away Wren which lowers the frequency and probablity factors in which the Wren Insurance Buildings are built. Anyway, great city superstar and can't wait to see more in the future.

                                      Story...

 

So one sunny july morning Kate had got a phone call telling her to go see an old friend, they planned to meet on the circle line boat at 11:10, so Kate went got on the boat and waited... waited... waited....

  The ship started sailing off Kate sadly stayed on hoping she would meet her friend on the ship... but no, she wasn't there...

   Kate sat down on a seat looking at the view of the amazing Manhatan...

 

 

Then a huge BAM was heard! the ship took a big hit a little boat had hit it... Kate went flying to the other side of the boat flying above the adge of the boat holding on to just a pole... about to fall in the water...

Help me!!! please... She called out...

A man came runnig to her.

Give me your hand! he said.

She tried reaching out her hand, she couldn't reach his, he lowered his hand a bit and got her, pulled her up and saved her...

Thanks... She said.

Wow this looks really nice! Just a few suggestions, you might want to add a few more ports down at the bottom of Manhattan and a few more zoning down at the very bottom of Manhattan. Other then that it looks awesome!!! I'm glad its finally starting to move along quickly! Keep it up. -uncrazycooper

Nive work so far, only one sugestion the FDR drive  in lower manhattan is rised an dossen't get that inside the battery park. btw where did you get the citivorp building? or is it yours?

Well, at least the Brooklyn Bridge is something to agree on in SC4 for realism (or kind of) but keep on going.

I made the citicorp center, and soon will release one, for now here is a pic of the area, as you can see it is all developed just need to mess around here a bit to get tall building and just to make it look like downtown, no citicorp yet, old pic

 

 

A lot more of the story will come today, a big twist too for it, so that will come, and off topic I'll release my triangle building today or tomorrow, so see ya later

New Years eve. hits New York  Mike and Kate decided to meet here tonight, for the first time...
