I was busy expirementing with perspective in the GIMP, and thought this looked kinda cool...

I don't think it's bad, especially since you didn't use any mods (How about cheats?). I can't build a city without exploiting the fact that if you go over 4 billion in some kind of capacity, it turns out negative. If you ever get RH, I suggest finding a good reader and modding for yourself. While there is a bit of a learning curve to it, it can become convenient if all you want is a slight capacity mod or one that nobody else is interested in.

Ah, the dreaded grades. Don't you just hate it when teachers come in and spoil your fun? Anyway, horrible city, I've always wanted to do the same thing with the toll booths. And you got 26,000 people to live there? Wow, Sims really are st00pid! Wow... That's big... It'd be nice to see exactly how much traffic you have in there. I'm sure we're all wondering what the traffic's like. Do you even have mass transit in there?
