The Mendenhall Building is a recreation of 2309 Locust Street, in St. Louis, USA. It was built in 1914, with a new facade in 1934. It housed Auburn Graves Motor Company and Mendenhall Motor Company early in its life, and has since housed a variety of business. It grows in the Chicago and New York tilesets. 1x3 growable CO§§ lot. MaxisNite and DarkNite versions included. DarkNite requires the Day and Nite Modd. "Metadata.yaml" is included for sc4pac, and does not need to go into your plugins folder.
