Looking good! What size map are you playing on? Is there any hometown/regional inspiration when playing this city? I love the spread out development going on, it does remind me a bit of my area which had a heavy sprawl from the '80s till the early 2000's.

So is there any history behind Newmarket?

If ya look at some runways of larger airports on either Google Earth or Maps online you'll get a good idea of where the markings should be placed, your airport will be envy of towns everywhere after the renovations!

Wow, I really love that waterfront park! It looks like a great place to play - I especially like the elevation above the water level.

Nice downtown. Really a great designed area. Yeah, I'm going to attempt to use the RHW this time around, but I previously worked with the MAXIS freeways just as you do. It is possible to do highways realistic enough with Maxis and one-way roads, or RHW. To each his own. Keep it up!

That's a nice downtown area! I'm not particularly good at making midrise downtowns like yours here. They always wind up massive.

Anyways, I'm glad the land in the previous update was used for parkland rather than residential - it really is a nice lakefront area.

I like the downtown and riverfront areas. I find it interesting how you use roundabouts quite a bit. They're popping up more and more here in Virginia.

Yeah, also RHW can have some limitations, just like FAR, FARR, etc. So, I will try to give it a shot, because it has a more realistic look obviously, but maybe it will be too difficult and limited for what I want.

I love this development - it looks very realistic because of everything being so spaced out. I especially like that office building. Great job as always!

Great jump over the river. You do a great job with little apartment complexes with green space around them giving a real complex feel. I will have to refer to you when I want to do things like that, since mine always end up not looking good.

I don't think you have any issues with green space. You have one of the greenest cities I've ever seen!
