Are you using the real model as base of the building exemplar or a dummy model? If it's the real model, I assume, based on how the building looks like, that it would fill the LOD box up pretty well (in PIM-X at the bottom left corner you would see the model what the building exemplar based on with the LOD box), so the Filling Degree should be a bit higher number, for example 0.8 or 0.9. PIM-X calculates the jobs and some other stats based on the Filling Degree, that is based on an estimated best guess (from the creator's side) how much space the actual building occupies within the LOD box, somewhere between 0 and 1. You can change the Filling Degree in PIM-X by double-clicking onto the property.

The .5 was generated by PIM-X using the real model. I went ahead and changed it to 0.8 and this was the results generated.

Nice work Ceafus!  It's good to see that you're back at it.  Dollar General happens to be in a major building boom these days with new locations popping up on almost every corner, even in rural areas (!!), so this is quite a timely project.

That sounds about right. You could go with 0.9 for the filling degree easily, that would be ok too.

The 0.5 is the default setting.

By the filling degree you can manipulate growth stages. Also if you have multiple buildings as props (if they have the same footprint) you can use the multiplications of the filling degree to set up proper stats.

If you right click, there should be an option that is something like "tileset selector", which as you can imagine lets you pick which tilesets it grows under. I imagine this would be Houston, and probably Euro too, but definitely not Chicago or NYC.

Again, this is not the final lot I am just running through some tests! I implemented the changes in the color of the side walk and brick as @Jasoncw suggested, as well as listened to @T Wrecks and reduced the roughness upfront by reducing the bump map. I downloaded PIM-X and began working on the stats to get an idea of what they need to be set at to grow properly in your cities as well!

Thank you to everyone that responded! I can't wait to get it out there for everyone's use! :)

I will experiment around with both, I appreciate the much needed input!

Yes, I was getting the demand portion corrected first, was definitely  going to remove those! I don't think a small town dollar general would go good on the NYBT roster :P Thank you for the feed back and suggestions throughout the years!

Dollar General is slated for release soon, I have been making final adjustments I just haven't had the time to post them. None the less, the PIM-X discussion sparked an interest in me to redo all of my .decs and .lot files to have better growth, but I do not have the time so I am going to do the next best thing. I will be gathering all of the .model files and releasing them in 1 pack to use on your own lots. I do not have the free time to do it individually, and I wish in my earlier days I would have invested more time in getting that right so that everyone wouldn't be having the issues they are. None the less, it's never too late for something to be done.

Thank you all for the love and support over the years! I hope to continue making models after this one is finished, but RL has kept me busy for the last 8 years as I find myself in the portion of life where you put these things aside for jobs, marriage, and kids.

    Happy modding my friends!

@Ceafus 88 Your floors on CF Solutions seem pretty thin as revealed at night.

Thank you for the feedback, I see what you mean and I'll get that adjusted this evening! *:)
