Yeah, aluminum is already "rusted" (well, oxidized would be better to use, even though iron/steel rust is still oxidized metal) if you expose it to air (and it probably has right when it was poured). It's what protects the rest of the metal and makes it all SHINY!!!

Paint peeling isn't an issue with modern cars. And even with older cars, it takes more than normal wear and tear to wear down the paint job. We had our '87 Subaru GL and our '89 Subaru Justi for about 10 years each. Both handled plenty of snow, both still had an intact coat of paint (save for a few nicks and dings) by the time we got rid of them.

Eh, if you ask me, Disney World is one of those things where once you've been there, you've been there, and there's really no need to go back ever. At least so long as you spend a day each at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and MGM Studios. And so long as you're old enough when you make the trip that you clearly remember it.

On a semi-related note, why on earth does Disney World have purple highway signs!?
