I however did get my cities off the ground after a while of getting to know it. Unless i just found the money cheat and used it as much as my fingers could hit the copy paste and enter keys. Weird thing is, my brother who didn't really get into this game much, could build a thriving metropolis without any codes. I still can't figure out how he did it.

This talk about it is making me feel challenged. I wanna try making an un-cheated city!

The last time I needed support was when my old HP started glitching out because of a dead motherboard. My only advice was to salvage the hard drive and get a new system.

Well, I was able to cram 183,129 residents with 77,162 commercial jobs, and 45,039 high tech industrial jobs in one CAM city. Can someone else do better with the CAM and no downloaded buildings at stage 6 or above? The CAM is the Colossus Addon Mod from sc4devotion.

CAM stands for Colossus Addon Mod. It raises the number of building stages in SC4 from 8 to 15. The higher-stage buildings have larger populations.

I thought about adding the CAM to my game, but never did because reading about, it felt too much like a cheater mod. The only cheating I do is the power cheat. I do run NAM, though, otherwise mass transit is absolutely unusable. I get that they wanted to make it difficult to implement properly, but that should not have meant making it impossible.

My only regret about not picking up the CAM was missing out on some pretty interesting highrise BATs.

There are not many posts after your double post, just delete it. The CAM only cheats so much as it increases demand in order to build skyscrapers. I never downloaded any skyscraper residences because I wanted to see if a "realistic" population density in a 2x2km city would exceed 200,000 and the answer is no. My city is jam packed with buildings with a main avenue (I used the train exploit in order to make it 4 lanes each way with a 2 tile plaza median) lined with high density commerce and my edges covered in high density high tech industry.
