Saab 9000 Talladega. a limited edition model built to celebrate the 1986 Saab long run, where three factory stock Saab 9000 Turbos were running at top speed around Talladega Superspeedway day and night to prove their endurance and reliability, only stopping for fuel, routine maintenance and minor repairs. After twenty days, each car had done 100,000 kilometers. That's 23 500 laps around the track and 2,5 laps around planet earth. two world records (highest average speed across 100 000 km, 213,299 kph, highest average speed across 50 000 km, 213,6 kph) had been set, as well as 19 international speed records.
