I restarted working on the city hall a couple weeks ago, it's actually been done for several months, I just never got around to rendering it . I'm glad I waited, because taking a look at it recently, I spotted things I wanted to change or add. I know I've said it a hundred times before, but you can expect it within the month.

@Sgt. Pepper: There was a pretty decent WTC complex lot (it's huge!) released back in 2005.

It's Worthington apartments, on the STEX.

Delecto has a thread on sc4d, the last updates for Costa Obzor (correctly stated as never released) are from 14/02/2012.

Is it just my impression or there's a clearly written rule at the beginning of this thread that would ask people about submitting things whose progress is not being reported since more than a year?

On the other hand, i could understand the fact that people looking for this BAT might be worried about it's future.

The EL rail GWails was using there is part of a set which is being made (since a long time) by Buddybud.

Also, bit of a suggestion for those who enjoy posting there:

If there's something you liked, and that had not been released so far and that you're 100% sure it won't in the future, what about doing the job yourself?

Would be a much more productive and satisfactory way to go, methinks...

I always thought this thread was supposed to be a bit of fun and wasn't so serious!!!! I do not have an interest in recreating exactly what someone else has done, I did think part of this thread was to admire the work people had done previously and not intended to criticise the creator.

The version I posted of Aaron Worthington apartments was his version 2 when he moved it across to Max but never got round to texturing it to his usual awesome standards, again sorry if this doesn't adhere to this threads rules.

Out of all my building you picked the Worthington Apartments, it is released, the worthington will have to be modeled again from shrach.

Gutterclub What about these, right now there just put on hold.

The Bromley (On hold till I have a brownstone made for them.)

Park Towers Apartments (On hold till I have a brownstone made for them.)

Walesbridge (On hold till I have textured them and added the fire escapes, also it will not work well in 3ds Max 2013 like my other buildings, the polygons go wacky. I still do have 3ds Max 2012.)

Wellesley Apartments (On hold till I have a brownstone made for them and some of the other buildings to go with it because of the parking garage on the back of them.)

Beekman Hotel Tower (On hold till I get to it again.)

Johnson Apartments other sibling. (T Wrecks said there will be to many Johnsons apartments.)

I do not like this building any more.
