There is a optional component in the new NAM, Turning Lane Extension Plugin,  you have to click the check box to get it, so make sure you take your time to look over the NAM installation options. You will miss out on some features if you just click next and dont look at anything. Here is something you will miss using just the default install:

This new release is awsome i specially like the Traffic Simulator Configuration Tool, with just a few adjustments you can modify the simulator to fit your needs! the new turning lanes + the new overpases and flups pieces are awsome too

I think the NAM team will probably make EA's stock jump up like 5 points because of this amazing release. I had too force myself to stop playing after downloading the NAM, NWM, and RHW4; havent been this addicted to SC4 since I first cracked the box open in 2005!

The NAM team did an awesome job this time!

And they released it just at the right time too. I was beginning to build a new region I just created and find that these new roads and such will really help spice up my town quite a bit.

I'll also have a lot of fun playing around with the new traffic simulator.

I found a missing piece

The T intersecoin with slip lane isn't there or T with "arrows" with slip lane

On a lot of my new RHW 4.0 pieces it says *intersection string piece missing*. What do I do to fix it?

Did you remember to remove your previous installment of RHW? That could cause conflicts and some missing pieces.

What I said was an assumption. I assume this as in the installation for RHW4.0, there is a check box that installs support for older versions of RHW. I think that if you remove all older versions of RHW, re-install RHW with this check box ticked and then test your game again, it should work.
