2002-2003 Not too long ago, but I barely remember anything past 5th grade... I remember we had a former drill seargent as our teacher, and I was a trouble-maker in school up into Freshman year, so all I remember was being yelled at and spending some time in the Assistant principals office... Oh well -

Your question was worded a little weird for me... but what I think you want is maybe you shoud hold Ctrl while your zoning... It'll make you zone exactly what you want to zone -

you have some sort of texture problem... I used to have that, maybe try and re-install the RHW 4.0 you may also have to un-install any previous versions of the RHW you may have... -
