I made REAL VOLCANOES with Lava That FLOW

this shows the viscosity decreasement from heavy jam lava to kilawean lava,very fluid, but look at THESE:

 

 

Look, I dug a valley to transport the lava from the crater and it flowed normaly as a river (of firehttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/11.gif>)

 

And now to the second part:

 

 

A normal volcano eh?

 

 

At the end of the eruption, the lava frozen and tapped the craterhttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/5.gif>, of you still want to make a crater, dig it nowhttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/23.gif>

 

That is the mod I made, cool eh?

here is a listing of what it changes:

1. More fluid lava (see screenshots)
2. Freezing lava, when it fades out, the terrian softly changes as if the lava frozen and became ground
3. Volcano Lifespan increase and lava ammount, it has a life span increased by 8 times (sorry, the lava ammount is linked with the time)

The attached file has thoose mods, in 2 files, the first one increases lava output, the second one, makes the lava more fluid and freezing

Known Issues:

The lava output increase creates an additional useless menu item that creates a volcano

The freezing lava gets to a point that it clogs up the volcano crater, u still are in disaster stats, but u see no lavahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/23.gif>

I think so. It also creates rivers as you can see. He told me it's like an automatic terraformer.

If some one can modd the color from red to blue you would have flowing water. I have brought this up before please see Can Magma ( molten vocanic Rock) be modded to be water ? if any one is interested.

It's great! But how long does a modded volcano eruption last? It's very important! If it takes much longer than without the mod, it could be a disadvantage!
