Hmm I never thought of white pepper !  Will give it a try. Presentation makes a big difference in the appeal.  You are right!  Adding at the end (noodles) makes a big differnce too and it does add the right consistency of thickness to the pot.  I think i will have to whip up a batch tonite! for the weekend.

 

Bet those polaroids are "swank"  COOL  Spring has sprung finally in that part of the country i hear?

Without prejudice, I can say that spring has (maybe) sprung.

 

You should try some of our offerings on our tapas buffet.  If you like real Spanish food, you will like this.  I was thinking of doing a Paella tonight but I don't have any fresh PEI mussels, so I guess that's out.

Yes, me too!  I figured there were some temp file cleanups going on t keep the site from lagging.   All that worked up an appetite.  I think I'll have some beef stew - hushpuppies and sweetened tea and a slice of "Hummingbird Cake" (you guys ever had that? its GOOOOD)

That's a real oldie, but I suspect it is a favourite in the U.S. much like butter tarts in Canada.  Pineapple banana spice cake coming right up.  Enjoy.

Your order is served.  Enjoy.  I thought you were dieting?  All that fried food isn't great even if we use only Canola oil for frying and hold the temperature down to prevent trans-fats.  Our fryers are held to 350 F (177 C) very closely.  {Yeah, I agree that diet is a four letter word.}

 

BTW, folks, yesterday's outage was a Denial of Service attack.  Who'd ever attack Simtropolis?
