The transit you laid there is amazing! Where did you got that?

I also like the image inversion you made, it brings a whole new look at sc.

Hey Alek, that last pic of winter moving in is simply stunning.  It has been amazing watching your progression in the Brastoval Bay for the past 37 pages....

where did you get all of your parking lots (sorry if somebody already asked that)? they really add to the transport design and realism of your cities. Thank you for making this, everytime I see it, it gives me soem cool ideas (not that i end up having the attention span to actually finish them but ya know, thats anyhow)44.gif44.gif

(on another subject, i don't think i picked that picture.....(ponders) strange)

Wow, this CJ is so realistic! I almost believe that this is a real city! The road layout is superb and there is something about the photos that very different, like they are taken from a new angle! Keep it up! 2.gif

Your killing me with all these great updates (dial-uppper). Excellent planning and transportation network! Again the way you mix in diagonals is outstanding and you have just the right amount of embankments going on.

Looking forward to seeing more as always!

Aleking, let me be completely honest with you here. I'm going to tell you something that you have never, ever heard before. Are you ready?

This is by far one of the best-looking CJs EVER!

With every post you completely immerse me in your little worlds, your little diagonally-obsessed cities. As always, fantastic work.

    Thanks!

Great work with that new layout. Such a big terminal station really makes something.
I like that Japanese street market you build with PEG's plazas and Simgoobers' Kanal. But my favourites is the railwayline with these R$ buildings around! Great idea to use Heroni's dead end, though I would place them face to face so that they look like there had been a RR crossing which was closed quite some time ago due to capacity and safety reasons. You can find this quite often IRL.
My second favourite is how you combined Goldiva's pedestrian bridge (tollbooth!!!) with those eyecandy from buddybud! Great design of that detail!

    Keep that great work!

My goodness, I missed a lot here! I really like the low-wealth housing by the industrial/warehouse area, especially with the rail lines running alonside them.

Simply amazing work Alek.  Couple of things that really caught my eye....I like the way you have setup the rail that appears to be running right the through the inner city.  I think the first shot of this was in the West Side Ghettos pic...  The warehouse district is fantastic...I really liked the bridge transfer over the canal and that whole waterfront area there.  Lastly, the North Shore Night shot is stunning....it even includes a shot of the lighthouse....

    Really great work my friend...

Now this is what I'm talking about! Great new city! Looks completely different from anything else in Brastoval, but it shares one same trait... It's freakin' beautiful. Unlike anything I've ever seen. You continue to be innovative, and inspire me to keep playing the game. Without you, I would never have the motivation or drive to play.

Now to the specifics... I really like the layout your started with at the beginning of this city. Of course it's unique, and allows for an awesome looking city. I'm glad your using canals, you don't see those too often anymore. The ghetto looks great... Loaded with detail, just like in real life. The *warehouse* 2.gif district is fabulous, and it looks right at home. Those new suburbs look very good, I like the idea of limited access. The use of grass looks great. I haven't seen that from you before, and it is just amazing. The airport location is perfect, and it fits right in. Thanks for the special acknowledgement, my current progress on the pack is... well... the same as it was a few weeks ago. I am going to eventually get back to working on them, and make many enhancements to the statistics of each lot.

Well anyway, all in all, I'm very happy to see you taking mine, and others advice in trying something new. It has refreshed your CJ, and put it back on the top. Now don't be too shy to check out my new CJ going up on SV sometime today.
