I love her, PS my desktop is a total mess, so I got a folder called desktop tidy & every night before I log off I drag everything on the desktop onto there, it's a nightmare when you wanna find something!!

Chrise, how is it that you manage to post a 1024x768 picture of a desktop on 800x600 screen resolution?

 

A) It has to be a JPEG. No Bitmaps. Convert it in MS paint

B) You've been here long enough to know that images can't be bigger than 800x600. You shouldn't have expanded the image.

I finally bought ObjectDesktop!  (The whole suite, not just WindowBlinds, although CursorXP does kinda make my computer lag ... )

 

 

I've been playing around with the other tools but haven't gotten anything I really liked yet.

All right, here's mine:


I have WindowBlinds and CursorXP for making this theme. (Free version; only bad thing is a little frustrating popup.) There are also running StatBar and Mouse Odometer . I have Finnish version of windows, so you can see names such as Oma tietokone (My computer), Omat tiedostot (My documents) and Roskakori (Recycle bin). Start menu doesn't have english anywhere else than opening-button, which is caused by custom theme.

Here is mine. It is the MacIntyre-Neebing River Floodway. All the water dos from the north end of the city, and this will prevent it from flooding the south end, because the North end is 50 metres higher than the south end, and the south end floods alot. But my neighbourhood has never flooded!!

 

I think that is a sunset, but I'm not sure. If it is, it is relatively old (a few weeks) because we have had bright red sunsets lately. This morning was golden though. Shining in my face right now! Cause the sun is rising earlier. Like, 6:04AM

(my computer has the inability to go to 1280x960 or 1600x1200 screen resolution for some reason- It can only switch between 800x600 and 1024x768. It's a plasma screen monitor- might that be limiting it?)

 

EDIT: that's probably it. The old computer, which has a regular tv tube moniter, goes to 1280x960- in fact, I just set it to that.....

 

EDIT2: make that 1280x1024- for some reason the dimensions don't have the same ratio... Anyway, here's the desktop from that computer:
