This is going to be a fantastic BAT, which may even rival Kings Cross, if it ever gets released onto the STEX (I'll stop mentioning the Cross now)...

kings cross seems to be doing well, a reminder that you need the

an update on stpauls:
changed the stone colour, and also extended the building,
cant really tell the lot size yet, but the width is 4 tiles so far



so far its reached 170,000 polys and already its lagging

p.s err ignore the floating walls nxt to it... those are just templates i use for the walls. its not part of the real thing

update time :

its beginning to look like a building site now with all the template pieces scattered around
so far ive built halfway of the cathedral layout, at the left to the part ive currently built is the famous dome, (great view from there ) once i make the textues for those i'll also update the minature domes.
any pics of the cathedral are appreciated

ok i've started a new project from one of the BAT requests, Union Square Phase 7



its going better than st pauls right now (which i had to give up due to lag )
hopefully this can at least get completed

update, i added the roof, and lightened the glass, i prefer the darker glass but what about everyone else?

update:

looking at the design i maybe need to do the whole roof section again that took ages
i tried i test render and it turned out waaaaaay too short, heres another pic:

i underestimated the size of it, i reckoned it was meant to be 30 tiles high but made it less because it looked too tall, the bank of china and sears tower should be a good landmark to compare height.

lord bertrum: as much as i'd like to continue it i cant, it just goes too slow, i dont have the powerful computer to continue it, if anyone else is interested in continueing then i'll be happy to send the model

i changed the glass colour

better? its copied off one of the renders done so it should match the building more closely then the blue
