I really like the look of that building, too, but I wish there was something else to put on the roof ... for some reason, a skylight looking into a small arbor garden comes to mind ... the first thing I thought of was some BIG A/C units, but you have a few little ones already, or so far as I can tell ... the other thing I was thinking was a pool but that would be kinda dumb. How about a helicopter landing pad? That would be awesome, even maybe hanging off the side a little bit ...

The only other thing I could suggest is maybe trying to make that brick procedural texture a little less repeditive, but other than that I give this one a two thumbs up.

LOL. Good point about the helicopter. Is this going to be a residential or a commercial building? It could pass as a skyliner hospital, too, come to think of it ... great job on the details so far, especially the stuff on the balconies. I really appreciate that and wish more people did it. I think the entrance should be grand and possibly in the L-shaped area between the two main columns, like diagonally perhaps. Make it grand and awesome-looking.

Something I saw a lot of when I was living in Montevideo, Uruguay are clothes lines on the roofs of the lower class buildings, and also plastic clothes hanger frames hanging out of windows (for lack of space to dry your clothes.)  Of course, very few people own a dryer in Uruguay but I'm sure a dryer would still be a less owned commodity in a low income apartment complex anywhere in the world.

 

Don't forget to put in a big buzzer panel by the front enterance.  Not sure how visible it would be in the game, but seeing as how much detail you've allready put into this thing...

it looks a bit plain at the moment i think and it could do with adding some extra detail, im just not really sure what to add.

Well, I have to say that I think that the residental tower is great! Man, I thought I was looking at a real photo (and no, I am not lying) but still that is far superior to something Dusk whips up in 2 seconds (I hope Dusk does not see this). But still, I hope to throw in some Frogface products when I get CV going better! Can't wait to see more Frogface.

well i realised i hadn't posted a pic of it merged together so here it is:

in the mean time this is the next BAT im working on:

a country mansion  im thinking it could function as a museum as people dont usually live in these but the growable version would have some very R$$$ sims.
