Hi Heblem, Those are some great gas stations! I dont have any yet but when you realese them I will download!

But I love your walmart, home depot, sams club, office depot, k-mart and such.

Do you have any plans to make a Bj's wholesale club? Target? Hannaford? Price Chopper?

NYfanatic, I already did a mall two years ago (Plaza Mall) its avalaible at LEX or either at CSC... as for doing more commercial centers, sure... just need some more free time...

The gas stations and min-marts are a good start.  I just wish they had a little more character, wear-and-tear, dirt and grime on them. 

I'm tempted to BAT some gas stations myself, as I'm never happy seeing the Maxis ones pop up in my cities.

I also think it's a shame that so much of the detail on the pumps is lost on so many gas station BATs when that large roof-hood-overhang is placed over them....perhaps when I get to sit down and BAT some of these myself I'll be able to work around that...

As for Gas stations, now I plan to do two mega packs of gas stations (or maybe three in request)

I can't wait for these gas station packs. Awesome job Heblem. One humble request... get 'em playtested by a few of the regulars around here so you know that when they make it into the game, they won't completely dominate your C$ sections. Variety is the key! And I love that you've got a Mobil On the Run in there, those things are everywhere in New Hampshire.

WHOAAAAAA, who is this guy!?! hhaha I think your buildings above the gas stations, the casino resort thing is amazing!! It looks really nice.

Anyway your gas stations seem to be very popular so I will comment on them mainly. I like that you post a lot of pictures and good variety of gas stations.

I really hope these are HD models so there will be more detail to see. Anyway Im sure whatever you do will turn out nicely.

Thanks everybody! as for the gas station, those are not HD, but dont worry than won't make it worst... as for lots... hmm i have not plans in doing these yet maybe by late of this year i'll release a big pack of lots

but anyway, ive come with something really neeeeded than gas stations...

testing... testing... pieces, and everything, note that the model is a draft version... soon at a "exchange" near to you!

WOAH!!! Dude... Casinos, Gas stations and Dams... Awsome!!! I must say that the casino looks incredible, amazing work!!! The gas stations are also lookin very nice (when do you plan to release them?)!!! As for the dam, well its definatly going to be very useful!!! Lookin forward to more releases!!!

Nice Casino by the way should look good next to your other one [tresaure island] But anyway Do you have any plans to make a Bjs Gas? [it is attached to the bjs wholesale club if you want to make that as well-kinda like your sams club]

You know what, I was thinking with your gas stations if they catch on fire can they like....Explode? Just a little? Because a gas station wont just turn to rubble it would blow up. You know that would be fun. Gas stations would be a little more risky. 

Especially where you have your expensive buildings.

the textures might be a bit to bright and over saturated.. a gradient is also a good idea. some dirt here and there also, as dams have from places to places draining pipes, which with time leave marks.. like this:

as you see, there are some white lines form water.. also, the dam is darker at the bottom, dirtier as it has more moister and help some organic development

You sure about that Heblem?  I was searching for some stuff on the LEX yesterday and indirectly came across a whole bunch of your uploaded files.  Mostly dependency files, but they're still there and not deleted.

Anyways, your new projects look fantastic as usual and thse service stations your working on will fill the void left behind by Maxis when they made this game.  By the way, love your Pizza Hut, though I haven't dl'd yet......

plan to bat commerces before this year ends, commerces as like i did early last year...

Some other projects to complete

-The dam project (currently with LOD's problems, probably i'll cancel this...

-Bellagio Casino (the base left, but as you know its huge... so still)

-A prison project (currently i have done some props such inmates, a observation tower and a wall set, but not the main buildings)

-Outlet project (got 10 models done, proposed to do another 30, LOL)

-Gas stations project (still to do 6 gas stations, got 6)

-A new american mall (a Texas mall) i got some good pictures of it, but as you see my huge list, i can't go on)

Well, theres a project to make lots of the prop packs that were released in December 12, last year, those packs has over 100 models (buildings) without lots, wanna see surprises?, well look at LE those packs and you'll get surprised

After September of this year will be 100% free, i mean i wil get alot of spare time to BAT, and probbly my latest bats ever... I need good material by then i can just start making those stores... you can include pictures around web, or by yourself (if you an take your own pics that would be awesome), and maybe birdeye maps, but depends on quality...

Due the amount of projects on-going, i have no idea where to go first, things come to my mind, should I continue the current projects, or either should I start new ones? but anyway by now im kinday busy and will go out to vacations, so no time to bat and finish my projects...
