Longer car/train visibility

Hi,

While I was playing SC4 today I noticed that my cars and trains disappear 3 seconds after they appear. So I was wondering is there any mod or anything that could make them visible longer?

Yea I have installed the new NAM when it came out.

I know that in former SC incarnations, a car or train was just representative. So if you saw one it equaled a certain number and below a certain number you didn't  see any. I don't know if SC4 is the same.

I have this problem too. I noticed it happens at intersections, turns, and special pieces like on ramps. I think it's just because the game gets lazy and doesn't want to animate it on a puzzle piece or "complex" section of road. Another thought could be that it's a setting you selected in the NAM. Under the Automa section of the check list there might be a box that makes it so they stay longer but I have no idea on that.

You could try turning your game speed to the slowest setting.
